Our incredible partners at Wesley Health Center continue to make a tremendous impact at our monthly mobile clinic. They provide essential HIV and syphilis testing along with counseling for HIV pre-exposure (PrEP) and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP).
These services are vital in promoting awareness, prevention, and treatment, helping us move closer to ending the HIV epidemic. We’re proud to stand together in improving community health and ensuring access to critical resources for people experiencing homelessness. Thank you, Wesley Health Center, for your unwavering dedication and support! 🙌🏾
Thank you for being part of this journey with us—your efforts are helping us create meaningful change and provide vital resources to our community. We couldn’t do this without you! 😍
