What We Do
Through our flagship initiative, Louie’s Clinic, we bring essential services directly to areas of need. From preventative screenings to mental health support, our programs are designed to meet immediate needs while fostering long-term connections to care.
Our Impact
Every month, Louie’s Clinic delivers critical services like vaccinations, Narcan training, blood pressure and glucose screening as well as harm reduction kits. These efforts build trust and create pathways for lasting health improvements.
